Hey its possible to get fired one year after losing the super bowl. Eagles ALMOST fired Siriani last year and it was kind of justifiable due to how poorly they were in the 2nd half of the season. So u never know with the NFL 😂

Watching the defense sim in the chargers game was so painful. Johnson gave up that touchdown due to a weird animation where he moved away from the receiver at the last second. Watching two players both miss a tackle is also really disappointing. But the most disappointing was definitely how Josh Jacobs just looks old and is just not hitting the holes like he used too. His regression wasn’t even much yet he feels like he doesn’t know how to play anymore

this feels like last year’s eagles. coming off a super bowl L, new coordinators, etc. end up having an extremely underwhelming season

Honestly, just make a new coach and continue with the Raiders, but do year long sims like this. Might not get a ring for the first time since you’ve been doing these rebuilds!

Cane you didnt make adjustments with the coordinators. This led to poor performance from the key players. The coordinator is critical to good play especially in the sim.

I saw a suggestion for a PC version series for 25. That way you can customize/mod more of the game (especially, hopefully, the disparity success between sim types!). I fully endorse this option for next year! Love the content, Cane!!

Well, that's it for the Raiders rebuild. Not sure what's next since you got fired. You only have a month to do something. Maybe you do a few episodes of trying to turn the worst team around in 5 seasons.

Cane, I did not like it, not one small bit. 1) I watch these videos in order to see the games, the selection of strategies, the personnel improvements, etc. We only got to see brief highlights from three or four games for an entire season! This is not what I came for. 2) You raised a question after the highlights from the season's first game - was this actually a New Orleans playbook? 3) With a new coaching staff (new OC and DC) you did not expend any staff points after the hiring of new coordinators. Because, obviously, no coach improves in the course of a season (NOT). You said you hired the most experienced OC and DC available, did they even fit the scheme you are running? I got the feeling that your interest in this franchise has diminished to near invisibility. 4) I believe Madden sims differently when you use the SuperSim function rather than simply advancing the week without playing/viewing the game. In this case, I suspect you finished watching the opening game and then simply selected the "Sim to Week 8" option. Are you really so tired of this franchise that you don't want to even watch the SuperSim? 5) You didn't even finish the season! Even after being canned as HC, I would expect some interest in seeing who won the Super Bowl and the season awards. Who won the MVP and the DPOY's? Who even made it into the Super Bowl? - sj

Can't wait to see what comes next. Be cool to join a team in the same division like the Broncos or Chargers and show the Raiders what they are missing
